with Sally Albert | Thu evenings, Jan 7 - Feb 4
Open to all, this new five-class course uses a variety of learning aids to help students meet difficult emotions and the challenges of life with gentleness, mindfulness and inquisitiveness.
with Russell Rodgers | Jan 23 - 24
This intensive is part of a series providing Shambhala vajrayana students with an opportunity to gather, practice, study and celebrate as a community while fulfilling their group practice requirement.

Please join us for all or part of our annual pre-Shambhala Day practice intensive, an opportunity to clear the karmic clutter said to accumulate over the previous year.
