Dear Site Rep,
Following requests from a number of Site Reps, the BHAF Committee and Brighton and Hove City Council are re-establishing Site Rep meetings which focus solely on Site Rep issues. There will be two Site Rep meetings each year in June and January and all Site Reps are required to attend as part of their role.
These meetings will provide an opportunity for site reps to participate in a variety of discussions and workshop debates, sometimes involving guest speakers, training updates and problem sharing. There will be discussion of such issues as implementing allotment rules, site inspections and protecting the environment. The meeting will be attended by the Allotment Officer as well as BHAF Committee members, but plot holders are not invited to attend these meetings.
If any Site Reps have any topics or issues they wish to be discussed at this meeting, then please email us and let us know.
The first of these new style Forums will be at
7pm on 21 June,
and will be held at
Patcham Community Centre
