TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day down 2.17% at 320,208. Paper Products (+4.07%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Transportation & Logistics (-4.37%). Banking (-3.03%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 5,021 billion (approx. USD 119 million). National Iranian Copper Ind. Co. (MSMI -3.44%) Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD -2.30%) and Telecommunication Company of Iran (MKBT -4.56%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Mellat Bank (BMLT -0.03%) was the most traded stock with IRR 3,388 billion (approx. USD 80 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 24,365 billion (approx. USD 580 million), down 5% from the previous trading session.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 13,664 for a gain of 2.34%. The biggest riser was Civil Pension Fund Inv. Co. (SAND +0.23%) while Pasargad Bank (BPAS -4.83%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 6,777 billion (approx. USD 161 million), down 22% from the previous trading session. |
