Reinhard Wagner, owner of BUZIL-WERK Wagner GmbH & Co. KG enters retirement after 17 years
At the start of 2013, Mr. Reinhard Wagner, managing director of the company BUZIL-WERK Wagner GmbH & Co. KG, officially relinquished his responsibility as managing director. Mr. Reinhard Wagner can look back on a long and successful term as managing director and will be embarking on his well-earned retirement after 17 years in this position. He has passed the responsibility for the company completely to the hands of his daughter Isabell Janoth and the appointed managing director Klaus Karl, who have both been part of the executive management team since 2010.
The management team also welcomes into its ranks Thomas Ulbricht as director of finance and administration. Mr. Ulbricht is an engineering manager who moved to London after completing his studies, where he obtained his master’s degree and subsequently worked at PwC. After holding various positions in Germany, including at KPMG and Infineon Technologies AG, he was most recently with the company ista, headquartered in Vienna, where he was responsible within the finance department for the region of Southern Europe. Mr. Thomas Ulbricht was granted powers of procuration at the start of the year.
