From the UltiPhotos family to yours, Happy Holidays! As 2014 draws to a close, we recap the past year, debut some holiday discounts, and look forward to next year's exciting lineup. |
2014 was another record-setting year for UltiPhotos. In 2014, our website racked up half a million visits from 179 countries and 19 million total page views! We covered over 70 tourneys, including 20 youth, 19 college, 29 club, and more.
- In Lecco, Italy last summer we provided official coverage of Worlds for the first time ever with the largest club and youth events of the year WUCC and WJUC/OEYUC.
- We covered every major USA Ultimate Championship and some Canadian Championships as well.
- On the professional side, we were the official photographers of the MLU and the AUDL's Vancouver Riptide.
- 90 youth, college, and club teams hired us to provide official team coverage of their championships experience!
- Finally, we were the official photographers of two of the largest and most prestigious youth ultimate camps in the country (CUT Camp and NUTC).
It's amazing to think all that was accomplished by a small ultimate business! In 2014 we brought on our first full-time employee, Jolie Lang, to oversee day to day operations of the company in order to keep up with our growth.
We're always working to make UltiPhotos the best that it can be to showcase the sport we all love with amazing imagery. Sometimes it's a labor of love, but it's always gratifying to see all the support we have, and nothing means more to us than to see a happy customer who loves the images we were able to capture for them. Our hope is that 2015 is an even more impressive year, and that our little photography company continues to grow and make the ultimate community smile.
We're starting to put together some "Best of" collections as the year draws to a close, which you can check out below. Keep an eye out in January for our super collection of the Best Photos of 2014!

Check out our upcoming events so far:
- Mercer Midnight Madness - Robbinsville, NJ (1/9-1/10): Brian Canniff returns as the official photographer of this indoor overnight hat tourney hosted by MCUDL.
- Nocturnal Decisions - Waldwick, NJ (2/7-2/8): Tis the season! Our second indoor overnight hat tourney of the year, Sandy Canetti will be returning as official photographer for this WUDI sponsored event.
- Tigertown Tuneup - Baltimore, MD (2/28-3/1): Pete Guion is heading out to provide official event photography for Towson's Men's tourney on Saturday.
- Steakfest - Kennett Square, PA (3/21-3/22): We're very excited to be a part of Shippensburg University's Scapegoats' Steakfest tourney for another year as the official event photographers! Fingers crossed for excellent weather this year.
- Neuqua Knockout - Joliet, IL (4/18-4/19): We love getting to cover youth ultimate, especially in the uber-dedicated Chicago scene.
