NEXT JANUARY IT WILL BE 1997 AT OLD TOWN GUESTHOUSE --
On Memorial Day 2007, the Old Town GuestHouse (OTGH) will have been in business for 10 years and, even today, has been distinguished by receiving the AAA 4-diamond Award 9 years in a row.
Celebrate our 10th Anniversary with Room rates from days gone by. All year OTGH will be re-instating room rates from throughout our history. During January '07, it's 1997; February - 1998, 12 months, 10 different years/rates (see the complete schedule on our web site www.oldtown-guesthouse.com). Even though our rates may say, "1997!" you'll still enjoy our 2007 standard of service, ambiance, amenities and hospitality. Naturally for most of the year our normal discounts have been suspended (these prices are better anyway). The exceptions are our Business Person's and Active Duty Discounts - some of the best discounts in the Pike's Peak area.
We're out to set record occupancy in our 10th year - with your help we can do it.
