TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day down 1.25% at 302,082. Machinery & Equipment (+1.76%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Utility Service Providers (-3.35%). Banking (+0.27%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 4,350 billion (approx. USD 103 million). Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD -2.16%) Telecommunication Company of Iran (MKBT -3.30%) and Chadormalu Mining & Industrial Co. (CHML -2.97%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Tejarat Bank (BTJR +4.52%) was the most traded stock with IRR 1,809 billion (approx. USD 43 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 25,944 billion (approx. USD 618 million), up 3% from the previous trading session.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 12,880 for a loss of 1.52%. The biggest riser was Saderat Bank (BSDR +4.55%) while Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines (KSHJ -3.15%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 5,894 billion (approx. USD 140 million), up 11% from the previous trading session. |
