BPS Annual General Meeting – Wednesday 24th July 2024
This newsletter is to give you notice that the Annual General Meeting of Bristol Photographic Society will be held, at the Clubrooms and on Zoom, on Wednesday 24 July 2024 at 7.30pm. Please note the usual time.
 
Please find attached documents for the AGM:
  • Signed Annual Report including the accounts – Year ending 31.03.2024
  • List of the present members of the Council of the Society who are required to resign at the AGM but are eligible for re-election.
  • The form outlining the process for proposing a new member of the Society’s Council.
  • Extract from the Society’s Articles of Association outlining the rules on election/re-election to membership of the Society’s Council.
  • Proxy Form. To be returned by Sunday 21st July 2024 as outlined on the form.
