Strange Attractor records new album

Recordings have started for the 3rd full time album!
We are proud to announce that Graham Lewis (WIRE) will feature again on the next album. This time Graham sings AND plays bass on a new song. More guest stars will be announced in the coming newsletters.

The new 11-member orchestra BEAM has re-arranged several songs by American underground legend Daniel Johnston and will perform them together with Daniel on stages throughout Europe:

Accompanying the tour will be the release of the album "BEAM Me Up"; a live recording of the premiere concert at the November Music festival in 2009.
It features the 3 arrangements Richard made for the BEAM orchestra and will be released by the German label Hazelwood Vinyl Plastics this month.

Sandor Caron - Auriform (12" vinyl)

Sandor nowadays mainly works as a producer and sound engineer for some of Netherlands's hottest bands like Knalpot, Brown vs Brown and fellow M4S-ers Strange Attractor.
His beautiful 12" from 2000 echoes DAF and older Detroit style tracks and adds a surprising rythmic freedom, whilst never losing it's danceability. (Click cover for more info)
