FREE CONCERT THIS THURSDAY, JUNE 21! - The Mighty Manatees will give a special 90-minute free concert this Thursday, June 21st in Upper Salford Park, 559 Salford Station Road, Schwenksville, PA . This all-star version of the band will feature Brett Andrew (Robert Randolph Band), Walter Tates Jr. (Ensideout), Kathleen Weber (David Bromberg Band), Karl Frick (Friar's Point), Jim Cavanaugh (Wanderlust), and Jason Crosby (Jefferson Starship). Showtime is 7:00pm. This is a free, all-ages, outdoor show. Special thanks to John "Manhattan Jack" Stacy and Slacker.
MOUNTAIN BILL TRIBUTE - On Sunday afternoon, June 26th at the Rising Sun Inn in Telford, PA, we will play a tribute to Mountain Bill. Showtime is 3:00pm. www.risingsuninn.net ; (check out their "Liberty Bell Encampment Event")
RETURN TO PETE'S BARN! - On Friday, June 29th, we headline at our de facto clubhouse, "Pete's Barn". Catullus and Doug Markley will be the opening acts. The Mighty Manatees, with special guest Brian Herder, play at 10:30. Tickets are still available.
RETURN TO WHO HILL! - On Saturday, July 7th, we play the legendary Who Hill Family Campout in Maennerchor Feild, 3650 Cold Spring Creamery Road, Doylestown, PA. www.whohill.com ; This is the 7th year that the Who Hill folks have put on three days of peace, love & music. We will play a 90-minute set at 2:00pm, Saturday afternoon. Tickets are still available. Special guest Brian Herder and his bunch of stringed instruments.
---and the next day (Sunday afternoon, July 8th) we play a free outdoor all-ages show at the Fitzwater Station grove in Mont Clare, PA.at precisely 4:20pm.
