NOTICE OF SIRA SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

SIRA

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 26 - AT 10AM
COMMUNITY HALL, SCOTLAND ISLAND
To further discuss the issue of Offshore Public Wharf usage and proposed fees on Scotland Island

Pittwater Council proposes to immediately lease "exclusive" spots at Public Wharves (initially Carols Wharf) for an annual fee of $264.00
in anticipation of future renovation and extension

The concept plans for each Public Wharf, recently on display and passed by Council, are currently under review and subject to amendment

The items on the Agenda for this meeting are:

•    "exclusive" versus "self-managed" spots

•    number of spots to be made available and design of wharves

•    annual Council fee and management

Please make time to come along to this important meeting, as it also has implications for the
proposed fees currently being considered
for car and boat parking at Church Point
