Josef Kränzle GmbH &Co. KG takes over shares in Ingrid Kränzle GmbH
The Josef Kränzle GmbH & Co. KG (Illertissen, Germany) production company has taken over all shares in the Ingrid Kränzle GmbH (Bielefeld, Germany) distribution company with effect from Jan. 01, 2012. Company founder and partner Josef Kränzle and his son Ludwig Kränzle are the new managing directors of the Ingrid Kränzle GmbH distribution company. Development, production and sale of the premium high-pressure cleaners and cleaning equipment are all under one roof now.
Kränzle stands for high quality and innovative products, great attractiveness for the specialist trade and satisfied end customers. The resulting changes allow setting the course for the future national and international positioning and development of the Kränzle brand. The consistent focusing on a quality oriented and competent trade as a sales partner remains a crucial constant. This is an outstanding starting position for our future national and international sales activities", says Ludwig Kränzle. He is one of the new managing directors of Ingrid Kränzle GmbH who has been exporting high pressure cleaners and cleaning equipment of the Kränzle brand to more than 70 countries for many years to the demanding and professional user.
"As far as quality and technology are concerned we range, with view to our product lines and core markets, among the leading suppliers of cleaning systems and products to the demanding and professional user. Already now our customers are able to successfully solve their cleaning challenges by using Kränzle products in an economic and environmentally friendly manner. It is our objective to strengthen this position by continually improving our existing product lines", which, adds company founder Josef Kränzle, means heading in the right direction.
Specialist trade partners in Germany as well as the international customers may continue to rely on their usual contact partners in field sales and internal sales. Contact data in Bielefeld have not changed, either. Our target is to consistently continue working on the basis of the structure as has been established by our managing director Lutz Droitsch who resigned on account of age at the turn of the year.
In his capacity of managing director of the distribution company, Ludwig Kränzle will be fully responsible for the future distribution and marketing activities including the fields of training and service.
The managing directors Ludwig Kränzle and Josef Kränzle will be supported at the Bielefeld facility by Stefan Wüpping, Bernd Mathiak and Marc Tritschler.
In his capacity as marketing and sales manager Germany and Luxemburg, Stefan Wüpping will continue to be responsible for sales to the largest single market.
Bernd Mathiak, Marc Tritschler, Uwe Fischer and Thorsten Menke will be in charge of handling and developing the international distribution and marketing activities.
