DRAGON BOBBY KERR TO HOST FREE EVENT FOR ENTREPRENEURS
AND BUSINESS START-UPS AT DUBLIN BOOK FESTIVAL
Dublin, 8 February - The organisers of the Dublin Book Festival today announced that Boby Kerr, entrepreneur and Dragons' Den investor, will host a free event for entrepreneurs and business start-ups at Dublin’s City Hall on Friday, 4 March.
Mr. Kerr is the Chairman of Insomnia Coffee Company and panelist on the RTÈ's Dragons' Den. He will be joined by Brody Sweeney, founder of the O’Brien’s Sandwich Bar chain and Yanky Fachler, a broadcaster, author and motivational speaker.
The panel will discuss the challenges facing entrepreneurs and start-up businesses in the current environment. They will also share their own experiences, offer advice and answer questions.
Over 60 of Ireland’s leading authors, poets and journalists will gather in Dublin between the 2nd and 6th of March for the fourth annual Dublin Book Festival.
The festival has been extended this year from three to five days, and while activities will once again center on Dublin’s historic City Hall, events will also be hosted in a number of other venues, including the National Library of Ireland and the Project Arts Centre in Temple Bar.
The panel discussion will take place on Friday, 4 March, 9:45am – 11:00am, at Dublin City Hall on the corner of Dame and Parlimant Streets. Entry is free and no booking is required.
