TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day up 2.60% at 304,460. Automotive (+5.60%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Rubber & Plastics (-3.27%). Banking (+2.29%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 2,535 billion (approx. USD 60 million). Khark Petrochemical Co. (PKHA +23.36%) National Iranian Copper Ind. Co. (MSMI +3.01%) and Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD +1.85%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Tejarat Bank (BTJR +4.72%) was the most traded stock with IRR 796 billion (approx. USD 18 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 21,484 billion (approx. USD 512 million), up 16% from the previous trading session.

The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 13,063 for a gain of 2.64%. The biggest riser was Khark Petrochemical Co. (PKHA +23.36%) while Tehran Oil Refining Co. (PTEH -3.72%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 4,764 billion (approx. USD 113 million). |
