We have nearly completed our first year as Innkeepers at the Hummingbird Inn, and we have so much to share about the experience! It was a busy summer and fall, a gorgeous winter and now we are entering the spectacular Shenandoah Valley spring season with big plans for our guests in the coming year.

 

In addition to hosting weddings, newlyweds, "babymoon" couples, family and friends gatherings, weekend getaways, reunions and more, we got started on adding cabins to the Hummingbird Inn offerings! We broke ground and began pouring the concrete footings in January 2016, and have made tremendous progress on this exciting new lodging opportunity for visitors to our area. 

 

Jeff is putting his contracting and woodworking skills to great use in the project, then Sandra will jump in to help design just the right interiors to complement the Hummingbird Inn style. We think you're going to love it!
