Car Park Survey

Now available for you to print and complete at Home

The Car Park Survey, which many of you have already completed and returned, is an important part of the SIRA and WPCA project to improve car parking at Church Point.

Already many hundreds of forms have been returned. However the two committees want as near to 100% of residents responses as possible.

Some of you may have missed out on a copy of the survey. Or perhaps it has strayed or been recycled!

Now you can download and print at home a copy.

Please download the introductory letter, the survey and the return envelope and then print the document by clicking here.

Please note: The document is formatted in such a way as to make it easy to collate the data. PLEASE DO NOT ALTER THE FORMATTING OF THE DOCUMENT. Simply print the survey, fill it in using a pen and post it ASAP!
