There was another 'Catherine' in Church this weekend....

I donned my Mum's wedding dress and we travelled up the M1 to play alongside Anna Calvi at the beautiful Holy Trinity Church in Leeds.

I seem to be spending a lot of my time in churches lately. Apart from minding my p's and q's, I've been really busy recording and re-recording over the past few months. One of the highlights was heading down to the legendary Church Studios in Crouch End (where many of the Eurthymics albums were made) where we spent a day in March with the string section, a tiny toy piano and David's Gray's 14ft Steinway to produce a collection of live recordings with Liam Howe at the helm. The mini album will include brand new songs as well as special reworkings of some of the tracks from my previous EPs.
