The primary reason for this we have experienced is that when a free version is used the browser being utilized uses the previous old information in regards to the security certificate on UBM1.org. The anti-virus software companies want you to purchase their software and then they will allow you access. UBM's website is secure and safe regardless of what may be stated. Concerning Misdirected Emails. Some of the brethren have noticed a lack of emails coming into their inboxes and

have found emails from UBM in their spam folders. Please check your Spam/Junk folders and if you find emails from UBM there you can choose to identify them as "NOT Spam" and they should be redirected to your inbox.
