The cold has really bit today. Woke up to frost covering everything. The winds are knocking all the colorful leaves off the trees and I am breaking out my rake and my long johns! Woot!
The last little while I've been giving my nephew driving lessons and yesterday he passed his road test and is now the proud owner of a G2 driver's licence! I am a proud auntie!
It sure is different these days with this graduated driver's licensing (in Ontario, Canada)...back when I was learning it was 6 weeks of in-class driver's ed (a couple hours a week), 6 hours on the road, pass a road test and you had your licence! lol Life was soooooo simple then. :-)
