ISS is the best service provider for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) in Germany according to the business magazine Wirtschaftswoche. The award derives from a study published in the latest issue of the magazine that investigates customer satisfaction, SME focus, and the perception of 236 suppliers from 25 sectors.
Alexander Granderath, Country Manager of ISS Germany, said:
"The assessment shows that the investment in our employees and the optimization of our processes with lean management as well as in future technologies have paid off. I thank all our employees in Germany for their contribution to receiving this award.”
The survey also took into consideration consulting and support, price-performance ratio, quality of service, customer loyalty, and employee competence, surveying 5,819 decision-makers, buyers, and users of services in medium-sized enterprises.
