CONCLUSION OF SOCIAL DISTANCING TOUR 2020 - It's sad, but true. The Mighty Manatees have only a few outside shows left to play this year before it gets too cold to perform. Winter is coming. We will soon be going back to live streaming shows, band rehearsals, songwriting and completing our first vinyl double album. This will not effect Ranger Reports. They will remain as annoying as ever.
ED ROCKS SEASON FINALE! - Ed & Lois have hosted a great year of music at Ed Rocks in Bethlehem, PA. This Saturday afternoon, October 24, will be their very last Ed Rocks show of 2020 and our last big band show of the year. We will also be celebrating Ras Mykyl (Oct. 21) and Glenn Harris (Oct. 27) birthdays! Special musical guests: The Laniacs! Don't you miss this special event. HALLOWEEN MANA-VERSARY IN SELLERSVILLE! - It's true! Your friendly neighborhood Mighty Manatees turn 35 years young on Halloween night, Sat., October 31. All Hallow's Eve, indeed! We're playing the Sellersville Moose Lodge outside in the grove from 4:00 to 8:00 PM with Mike Guldin and The Tumblers. Reservations (and costumes) are recommended. FALL BACK! - On Sunday, November 1, Randy, Ras, and I will be returning to the Bridgeport Rib House for an outside show from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. This is the day that Daylight Savings ends. www.ribhouse.net
THE MACUNGIE BANK BARN DANCE! - Our very last outside gig of 2020 will be on Saturday, November 14. It will be held at the Macungie Bank Barn at 179 Hunter Forge Road, Macungie, PA. Situated on 36 acres of rolling hills, the Macungie Bank Barn is the largest barn in Berks County and it's bigger than the one at the Pinnacle Ridge Winery. We will be celebrating Betsy and Cheryl's birthdays. This event is FREE to the public. BYOB Showtime: 7:00 - 10:00 PM.
