October 2021
As we've officially moved into fall, how do you experience it? Is there sorrow as we move into the time of death and hibernation, or is there a sense of relief about life potentially slowing down? Without judgment, notice your experience. Take some time this month to simply sit quietly with yourself and to notice your reactions to the things around you. There will be two zoom workshops this month, and both will give ample opportunities for quiet reflection.

Zoom workshops!
Weekly classes are being suspended for the time being. However, let me know if you would like private instruction, or would like to gather a small group together for a class.
In the meantime, there are two workshops this month. They go together nicely, or can be done separately.
Details below. Please note that you must pre-register by October 22nd in order to receive required materials by email prior to the classes.
"Essential Practices of Embodied Wisdom"
Part 1: Saturday Oct. 23. 1 - 3 pm
Class will begin with some warm up yoga, followed by some "cool practices", such as silent meditation, walking meditation, and chanting sacred mantra. We will also focus on some "hot practices" to help your heart stay passionate through some guided meditations.
Part 2: Sunday, Oct. 24. 1-3 pm
We will talk about the importance of shadow work during these times, followed by a practice of Kundalini Yoga and meditation designed to help you handle stress and connect with your joy. The day will end with focusing on prayer, and suggested homework!
Each workshop is $40, or if you register for both, the fee is just $75.
Make sure to contact me to register by Oct. 22, so I can email you some essential materials for the classes.
