In The Spotlight:
 One of the many "world's biggest" claims made by Great Adventure when it opened was the Fountain being the world's tallest water jet at 150 feet.
The original Fountain was in place from the park's 1974 opening until the end of 1993 when the current smaller version of the Fountain was built as part of the re-theme of the park's entrance plaza.
