In place of our monthly newsletter, I am writing to confirm that we are open for business. Although we may have some limitations during the stay-at-home order, our team is working remotely to meet your real estate needs as much as possible. I would like to thank each of you for your business.

Lenders and real estate agents: Thank you for everything you are doing to allow us to complete real estate closings for our clients without requiring an in-person meeting.
Town and City Clerks: Thank you for enabling title searches to continue without our physical presence in your offices. I know most of you are still working behind locked doors to keep the land records up to date and to assist us when we call and email from our home offices. Often we have back title for transactions, so your assistance in helping look up one name can be critical to completing a title search. You are heroes for the real estate industry.
In difficult times like these, our homes can provide for both physical security and financial security. Many clients are now looking to refinance their mortgages to reduce monthly payments with historically low interest rates, pay down credit cards, and pull equity to supplement emergency savings.
