PEACH FESTIVAL - This Saturday morning, June 1, our acoustic trio will return for a second year to perform at the Peach Festival at The Birches of Harleysville, PA. This is a free, all-ages, outdoor event There will be many fun activities for children. Showtime is 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eat a lot of peaches. BLUE BELL INN FIRE CIRCLE - Later that same day, after the Peach Festival, our acoustic 5-piece will be playing outside around the Blue Bell Inn fire circle. ELLIS WOODSTOCK - They took a year off in 2018, but William Rutter and his gang are back at it again and we couldn't be happier. On Saturday night, June 8, we will be returning to The Lotus Farm in Ellis Woods for the Ellis Woodstock. This is a free, outdoor event. Our five man electrical band will play from 8:30 to 10:30 PM. UPPER SALFORD PARK FREE CONCERT - This is truly a family show. We have been playing the Upper Salford Park every summer for many years. The friendly park staff provide free beverages and snacks and there is a playground for the kids. Pet friendly. Our electric quintet's 90-minute performance is on Thursday, June 13, at 7:00 PM. OWL'S CLUB OUTDOOR SHOW - The Mighty Manatees will be performing with the mighty Mike Greer at the Owl's Club in Perkasie, PA, on Saturday, June 15. This is an outdoor show. REGGAE FATHER'S DAY - This year I will be spending Father's Day afternoon (Sunday, June 16) playing reggae music with singer/guitarist Mike Caroto at The Social Lounge in West Chester, PA. FRANCONIA TOWNSHIP PARK FREE CONCERT - We LOVE to play outside! On Wednesday evening, June 19, we will be playing another free park show. Our electric 5-piece starts a 90-minute set at 7:00 PM. On Saturday, June 22, The Mighty Manatees will play a summer solstice show from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM in Kimberton Community Park, in Kimberton, PA. There will be many booths, speakers, and activities, including yoga, salsa dance lessons a conga line, and a playground. All-ages welcome. Special thanks to Mark and Makinlee.
FITZWATER STATION - Thanks to everyone who came out to our Fitzwater Station show last Sunday afternoon. We did get to play one set before we were rained out. We're going to give it another try on Sunday, June 23. Showtime is 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This is another free, outdoor, all-ages, pet friendly concert. VIDEO CLIP OF THE MONTH - This one was shot outside at Lock 60 in Phoenixville, PA, in the spring of 2005. The band almost seems to be floating down the river on a raft.
