Thank You Chesed Coordinator Batya Ordin for Many Years of Service
After a number of years in the role of Chesed Coordinator, it is time for me to pass along the torch to another Library Minyan member. This role involves arranging meals for Minyan members who are ill, sitting shiva, or just had a baby. I have also been sending cards on behalf of the Minyan to these folks as well. I am looking for a compassionate soul who is comfortable using Google Sheets and Excel or is interested in learning. Would you kindly give this some thought and consider assuming this rewarding role for the Minyan? I am hoping to end my time as Chesed Coordinator on May 30th. Thank you and be well.
Batya Ordin, (323) 493-2278, ordinbatya@gmail.com.

Haftarah Plethora
In the Haftorah Plethora for Emor Larry makes the case that Ezekiel wanted the priests to be teachers of torah and administrators of justice. Rick tries to get a Handel on the haftorah via the Coronation Anthem. For those who want to follow the chanting Norm has provided a cool text. And Millie makes another appearance! Shabbat Shalom

TBA Short Vort
