Congratulate Winner Mark Friedman

Generally researchers attend conferences to report on their results, not do more research! But that’s exactly what Mark Friedman, a Web 2.0 technologies researcher and member of ADL’s Immersive Learning Technologies Team, got to do at the 5th Annual Games, Learning, and Society Conference. Teams of participants spent two days collecting data from fellow attendees; Mark’s team opted to zero in on the Twitter traffic at the conference. Their team’s report of the results was selected as the conference’s "Most Surprising Finding"! You can read more about his impromptu research experience here. Congratulations to Mark and team for their revealing research.
