The Enchanted
Teacups
 
After several seasons of flat rides being removed from the park, attendance started to increase in the mid 1990's and additional ride capacity was needed again.

The Enchanted Teacups was the first new flat ride added to the park in the efforts to increase capacity and help alleviate lines.   Initially the Teacups ran in the open air, with the roof structure only being added for the rides sophomore season in 1997.
