Today, May 5, Liberation Day is being celebrated in the Netherlands. Freedom, mutual respect and peace are precious for they form the roots of all the good in our world.
This Liberation Day morning the 61st international Tulpenrallye started near the beautiful lake of Annecy in France and it will finish on May 10 in Noordwijk, the Netherlands. Good luck to all participants! More great historic events are scheduled in the month of May. From 9 until 11 May you can visit the the Grand Prix Historique in Monaco. From 15 until 18 May the legendary 1000 Miglia will take place in Italy, and from 23 until May 25 you can admire the beauty of the Concours d'Elegance Villa d'Este in Italy. This marvelous Talbot Lago T120 DHC was imported to the Netherlands in the year 2003. This rare automobile is in very good to excellent condition and the car shows off fantastic original details. This French built Rosengart LR6 is is a very rare automobile. A maximum of 350 of these six cylinder models were built in the early 1930ies. The car was available as saloon and as commercial model.
