Ed Morrison, Director, I-Open and Policy Analyst, Center for Regional Development at Purdue University will lead a two and half day workshop this Wed, Thurs, and Fri on the practices and tools for Open Source Economic Development with national updates. The Retreat will be hosted at the beautiful Punderson Manor & Conference Center, Newbury, Ohio. Participants from Northeast Ohio and the nation will gather to learn about this innovative, tested approach to building collaboration for economic and workforce development.

Ben has research interests in energy economics, fusion energy, nuclear waste reduction, and nuclear material safeguards. Ben Cipiti received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Ohio University and PhD in nuclear engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

The Energy Construct explores the transformation of our energy economy toward a cleaner future through alternative transportation options, renewable energy, nuclear energy, and clean fossil energy.
