Petrol Tanks Stolen
There has been a spate of thefts of petrol tanks from commuter boats on
the island over the last few days. Also there has also been some
tampering with electric start boats.
All boat owners should ensure that their fuel tanks are chained so as
to deter any would be thieves.
Water Police have been informed of the situation and are on the look
out for the culprits.
Any one who thinks they might be able to help with information to catch
these people should get in touch with Water Police at Holmeport Marina.

House sitter
Wondering
if anyone out there is looking for a house sitter from Feb through to
April??
I am a mature age school teacher looking to take some time off in a
tranquil environment so I can be closer to my daughter who lives on the
northern beaches. At this time she needs some extra support. She
may or may not join me.
I have been teaching in Arnhem Land for the last few years and have my
own home in Darwin which is leased out until April.
So…if you feel like discussing things further, please do.
