In the last edition of the newsletter I let members know that past BPS Chairman, Millie Spaven, had died at the end of November. I have today received an email from Millie's daughter asking if I have any idea how many members will be attending as she is trying to organise the catering.
Included below are the details as previously mentioned:
- Funeral - South Bristol Crematorium on Thursday 9 January at 2:15pm.
- Afterwards at 1, The Paddock, Clevedon, BS21 6JU
To help Millie's daughter, Wendy, organise the catering, would you please let her know as soon as you can if you will be going to The Paddock: wendylagden@hotmail.co.uk. When replying to Wendy, please mention that you are from BPS.
Carol and I will unfortunately be out of the country on the 9th, so please make sure that any emails confirming attendance are sent directly to Wendy and not me.
