• Work session with Utah League of Cities and Town's attorney August 1st

David L. Church, general counsel for the Utah League of Cities and Towns, has generously offered to conduct a work session with the town council on August 1, 2007 at 7:00 PM.

Attached is the agenda, but he will also be discussing the following issue which was tabled on June 5, 2007

• Discussion and/or action on the voting of secondary water shares without the advice and consent of council members.
