boatshed, with own jetty and pontoon. As the tenant you would be
renting the entire rear pavilion, enjoying water views from every room,
with waterfront access with a jetty (mooring for your boat).
Rental: $750 per week. 4 weeks in advance, 2 week bond (rental includes
ADSL2 wireless, electricity, water)
On the ground level there are two spacious bedrooms, bathroom with twin
sinks and shower (underfloor heating and heated towel rail). Upstairs,
a large open plan living area: lounge, dining and kitchen. All brand
new appliances (Ilve oven, stove top and range hood), large
fridge/freezer, ceiling fans), computer with workspace, kitchen island
bench with stools. Twin beds and one queen.
This is a waterfront location, water only access. Regular ferry service
and water taxis available. The property is 5 minutes from two public
wharves.
Available from 13/2/17. Suit single or couple. No pets. Non smokers
please.
