BHAF Site Reps News
October 2015

Dear Site Rep,

Site Reps Consultation Report
On the 8th of September there was a consultation session for Site Reps. This session was part of the work on delivering the Allotment Strategy Action Plan. The aim of the session was to work on a Site Rep role description and to identify what training, information and support that site reps need – both on becoming a site rep and in the longer term. The session was facilitated by Ben Messer of Food Matters and took place in the Pelham Room of the Brighthelm Centre. Ten of our Site Reps took part, and it was deemed to be a very worthwhile event.

Rules Revision Update
The rules revision process has been going on for the last few months, many thanks to Josephina and Bill for their work pulling it together.

The document linked below shows the parts of the rules which the revision group thought needed editing. It isnt a big overhaul of the rules more of a tweak!

If you have any comments regarding the suggestions then please get in touch.

Best Regards,
Mark Carroll
