FAST Survey Version 4 "Free Upgade Offer" Expiring Soon.

FAST Survey 4.0

Just a reminder, if you purchased FAST Survey version 3.x or a device with FAST Survey 3.x bundled after December 15, 2013; you are eligible for a no-cost upgrade to FAST Survey Version 4.0.

This offer expires on June 30, 2014 (13 days from now!)

The easiest way to get the no-cost upgrade is to:

1. Verify that your device was delivered after December 15, 2013
2. Snap two pictures of the data collector screen:
      a. Equip: About "About FAST Survey" showing the active modules
      b. then click on 'Change Registration' and take a picture of the current serial number
3. Send the pictures to your dealer, they can request the upgraded Version 4 serial number.
 
Requests will probably take two weeks to process.
 
 
Ashtech FTP Server Change
 
The format of the Ashtech FTP server has been modified. Most software is now found under the 'Legacy' folder link:
 
ftp://ftp.ashtech.com/Legacy/
 
New products (like the SP80) have software available on the Spectra Precision website on the product's 'Support' tab.
