Happy Fall to you! It's officially official :)
I wanted to send a short and sweet newsletter to say thank you for all the birthday blessings in response to last month's email. I was overwhelmed by your love and am still engaged in conversations with some of you individually.
You just never know what people are going through unless you ask. I count it an honor to connect and hear what's happening with you and in you.

Here's something new-ish.
Talking and story-telling has always been central to my live performances. But I've always shied away from talking to the camera online. Meh! Just felt a little uncomfortable with it. But earlier this summer I felt strong nudge to begin sharing regular video inspiration.
Truth be told: it's in my bones ya'll. I can't not! hehe :) If it doesn't come out through songwriting, dance, poetry, these now semi-occasional emails...it'll find its way out. And that's what happening!
Different day, same goal - share love! These days it feels more necessary than ever. You can follow the Instagram or Facebook page for weekly reels.
