Interior apartment ceiling work and floor tiling stands at over 85% complete at Laguna Bay. Aluminium and glass window fittings are complete across 70% of apartments. Both elevators are installed, whilst switches, plugs and steel-core entry doors are now being fitted across all apartments.
Air conditioning units are now being fitted across all apartments and final paint finishes are being applied across apartment interiors. Structural work on the rooftop swimming pool is now complete.
Ceiling and wall finishes are now being applied in the corridor areas and the ground floor reception area, where the Laguna Bay project logo has been installed.

Phase 1 of Club Royal, comprising Buildings A & B, is now complete with all apartments ready for occupancy.
All landscaping and pool works are complete, along with all common areas and corridors. Reception, security, maintenance and parking services are all fully functional.

Pouring of concrete has commenced on the 22nd floor of the Wong Amat Tower. Clients may now climb up as high as the 18th floor to appreciate the breathtaking ocean views on offer.
Work on electrical and plumbing systems is underway up to the 18th floor, whilst interior walls are complete up to the 11th floor.Piling for the separate covered parking complex is complete and work has commenced on the car park foundations.

Foundations of Tower A of the Peak Towers are now complete, with the foundations of Tower B progressing well. Structural work on two out of the three basement floors for Tower A and the car park / swimming pool complex is complete.
We expect to commence the first residential floor of the Tower A skeleton in November 2012.

The structural foundations of Building A of Laguna Beach Resort Jomtien are now complete. In early November we will be commencing work on pouring concrete for the basement of Building A.
Piling is now complete for Building B, with dynamic load tests on the pile structures being undertaken by STS Co., Ltd. Soil has been excavated in order for work on the foundations to commence in mid-November.
All measurements have been taken in order for Building C piling to commence next month.

Laguna Beach Resort Series - Showroom Update
Work has begun on the electrical, plumbing and conditioning systems of the brand new Laguna Beach Resort Series showroom and sales office on Jomtien 2nd Road. Work on the stone exterior finish is underway, with the majority of interior rendering and tiling work now complete.
