- Dan Ryan will join ISS from G4S as Regional CEO Americas.
- Thomas Hinnerskov, currently Regional CEO Asia Pacific, will be appointed Regional CEO Western Europe.
- Dane Hudson, currently CEO Pacific (Australia and New Zealand) will be appointed Regional CEO Asia Pacific.
- Scott Davies, currently General Manager for the Pacific Health & FM Sectors will be appointed CEO Pacific.
All appointments will be effective early 2016.

Dan Ryan to be appointed Regional CEO Americas
Dan Ryan joins ISS from London-based global security services provider G4S where he has served as Regional CEO Asia & Middle East and a member of the Group Executive Committee for the past 5 years. In this role, he has led significant transformation and enhanced performance in what is now one of the fastest growing regions within the Group.
Prior to joining G4S, Dan Ryan spent more than 20 years with global logistics and transportation company Neptune Orient Lines (NOL), primarily in its APL subsidiary. Dan was also a member of the NOL Group Executive Team and held a number of senior management positions in Asia, Middle East, Europe and the United States. In his last position with the Group, Dan led a project to review, redesign and transform NOL’s organisation across its Americas divisions.

Dan is a much respected leader in the service industry, he brings significant industry knowledge, strong demonstrated leadership skills, and deep regional experience from previous roles in the Americas to ISS,” Gravenhorst continued.
The appointment is effective 1 February 2016 when Dan Ryan, who is a US citizen, will relocate with his family from Hong Kong to the US. “I am indeed excited about joining ISS. I’ve been following ISS for several years and I am impressed with what has been achieved. The strong focus on customer experience and employee engagement resonates strongly with my personal values, and I am very much looking forward to becoming part of the ISS team,” said Dan Ryan.
Thomas Hinnerskov to be appointed Regional CEO Western Europe
Thomas returns to Europe after four very successful years as Regional CEO Asia Pacific, our fastest growing region.
He joined ISS in 2003 and over the past 12 years, he has held numerous regional, country management and business turnaround roles in Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Austria, and Singapore. Prior to joining ISS, Thomas worked in investment banking and consulting, with Gudme Raaschou and McKinsey respectively.
Dane Hudson to be appointed Regional CEO Asia Pacific
Dane Hudson has led ISS Pacific (Australia and New Zealand), a significant business in the ISS Group portfolio, since joining the Group in 2011. During his time in Pacific he has led a significant business transformation and established a strong and cohesive leadership team.
Dane joined ISS from Australian Vintage Ltd, one of the largest wine companies in Australia, where he was CEO for four years. Prior to joining Australian Vintage, Dane held a number of senior international roles with Yum Restaurants (KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell and listed on NYSE), most recently SVP & Chief Finance, Development and Procurement Officer. Dane will relocate to Singapore in early 2016 to take up his new role.
Scott Davies to be appointed Country Manager Pacific
Scott currently leads the Health, Corporate Clients and FM Sectors as well as the Service Excellence team in ISS’ Pacific business. Scott joined ISS in early 2012 from the Accor Group, bringing with him a wealth of experience gained in the hospitality industry in Australia, Hong Kong and India, spanning from the opening and running of major global hotels, to property development and asset management for hotel investors.
