Automotive sector (+1.75%) saw the highest gain, while Machinery &
Electric Equipment (-2.79%) dropped the most. Automotive posted the highest
trading volume for the second consecutive day, with IRR 213 billion (approx.
USD 5.4 million) of trades. The companies making the most impact on the
All-Share Index included SAIPA Group (SIPA +4.28%), National Iranian Copper
Industries Co. (MSMI -1.65%) and Chadormalu Mining & Industrial Co. (CHML 2.26%). The most traded equity
today was Azarab Industries Co. (AZAB -1.38%) with IRR 100 billion (approx.
USD 2.5 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the
market stood at IRR 1,372 billon (approx. USD 35 million), some 3% higher
than the previous trading session.

The TSE30 index of the thirty largest companies by market capitalization
closed up 0.13% at 3,227. The top 30 stocks had mixed performances, with
SAIPA Group (SIPA +4.28%) the biggest gainer of the day. The largest fall in
the top 30s was recorded by Iran Transfo Corp. (TRNS -3.72%). The total
traded value of the top 30s decreased by 21%, reaching IRR 344 billion
(approx. USD 8.8 million) worth of trades.
