Masonic Samaritan Fund
Don’t wait for a potentially life-saving consultation.
Government statistics reported today show that an incredible 42% of people in Wales had to wait longer than six weeks for a diagnostic test by a consultant. In England, that figure is only 1.8%. It gets worse, 17% of people on Wales’ NHS waiting list had to wait more than 12 weeks.
Are you, or someone you know, in this position? If so, help is at hand.
The Masonic Samaritan Fund can help Freemasons and their eligible dependants get a private consultation if they face a wait of more than 8 weeks on the NHS. All someone needs to do is call the Grants Team on 020 7404 1550 to discuss their situation and we can approve a grant for a private consultation over the telephone.
There are no forms to complete and no visits from a Lodge Almoner required. The grant will be confirmed in a letter or email on the same day and you can arrange your private consultation straight away. You can read more about these grants and see a case study of someone we supported here.

As a Freemason in Wales I wanted to contact you directly to let you know and to ask you to share this information with your Lodge.
