The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index closed marginally higher on the last day of the trading week at 94,940, up 0.04% from yesterday. Utility Services Providers (+3.09%) and Sugar (+2.33%) were the biggest risers among sectors. Automotive (-2.38%) was the weakest sector and also posted the highest trading volume with IRR 338 billion (approx. USD 8 million) in transactions. Stocks making the biggest impact on the All-Share Index were led by Mobin Petrochemical Co. (MOBN +5.37%), Telecommunication Company of Iran (MKBT -0.89%) and SAIPA Group (SIPA -3.36%). The highest trading volume was posted by Saipa Diesel Co. (SPDZ +3.70%), with IRR 160 billion (approx. USD 3.8 million). The market’s total traded value gained 42.7% from yesterday to reach IRR 2,326 billion (approx. USD 55 million).
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the thirty largest companies by market capitalization closed up 0.08% at 4,226. Mobin Petrochemical Co. (MOBN +5.37%) led gainers, while SAIPA Group (SIPA -3.36%) saw the largest decline. The total traded value of the top 30s reached IRR 499 billion (approx. USD 11.8 million), up 45% from yesterday. |
