Do you live in the Portland area? Would you like to hear Lawrence Howard tell Polar Opposites? Well, you're in luck! There are a couple more chances to experience this amazing story. (Review by Oregon ArtsWatch) The Norse Hall is hosting a dinner at 5:30 pm (Dinner Info) with the story Polar Opposites starting at 7 pm on Friday, February 23, 2018. (Norse Hall Tickets) They are located at 111 NE 11th (at Couch). If that doesn't work with your schedule, there's one more chance next month at Nordia House on Saturday, March 24 , 2018. (Nordia House Tickets) They are located at 8800 SW Oleson Road not far from Hall Blvd.

Polar Opposites is a story of the heroic and tragic events that played out on the frozen continent of Antarctica over one hundred years ago, as Roald Amundsen and Robert Falcon Scott vied for primacy at the South Pole. Lawrence Howard is a "captivating yet disarming raconteur" Young adults are welcome provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
