In the News...
Check out the latest articles in Lori's Dayton Daily News column, perhaps it will help organize your family's meals and put those organizing fears to rest.
If you’re tired of all that pesky paperwork sitting on your desk, start a company-wide annual bonfire tradition and invite all your co-workers to participate.
With all those piles of papers off your desk you’ll have plenty of space to put your feet up and think about your next strategic move.
Where Did it Go...
If you’re frustrated by all the stuff that your spouse never uses taking up space in your home and garage, but insists on saving, it’s time to take action.
Have a dumpster delivered after they leave for work one day. Spend the day filling it up with their stuff, being extra careful not to include any of your items. Have it picked up before they return home.
Now treat yourself out to dinner for all the hard work you’ve done. You’ll have some quiet time to think about how you want to use all the new-found space in your home.
Bonus: When your spouse discovers their items missing, they’ll have plenty of time to calm down before you return home from your dinner.

Paper can overwhelm your desk and counter space, creating mental stress and chaos. In Attack the Stack, you’ll learn how to:
- Reduce the amount of paperwork you touch, process and keep
- Apply easy strategies to address daily mail and paper stacks
- Create a streamlined filing system for home, work or both
- Use a labeler as an effective organizing tool
- Apply the concepts taught to your electronic file organizing
Armed with a labeler and file folders, you will attack the stack, creating a manageable, workable system so you can find the papers you keep. Additionally, other people will have an easier time finding your papers in your absence
Of course, this month’s tips were just a joke, but wouldn’t it be nice if it was that easy to get organized?
