Anti-war coalition declares: End draft registration once and for ALL!
Courage to Resist is collaborating with the a dozen anti-war organizations to generate public comments to the Congressional Commission investigating future mandatory military draft registration and national service. Our joint statement “It’s Time to End Draft Registration Once and For ALL!” underscores that 1) Draft registration should be ended for everyone, not extended to women; 2) All penalties for have failed to register must be ended and overturned; and 3) National service must remain 100% voluntary.
