Folks, thanks for a great weekend past! Joe Pop's and The Funky Monkey were so much fun. Pop's is
poppin' us back in the line-up THIS WEEKEND, and the benefit was great! Some of the best bands in
the area got together Sunday afternoon, possibly hung over ;-), and played their butts off for
two great causes: The Red Cross/Katrina effort, as well as The Children's Tumor Foundation. A
wonderful day, and you can read all about it, and The WRECKS, in this past Monday's edition of
The Daily Record (Local section). There's a pic of the band (specifically dental fillings and
nostrils) on page A9, as well as some of the world's most important folks - THE CHILDREN - on

looking for folks to help keep the "WRECKS Train" rolling along. If you're interested in becoming
part of the "WRECKS Train" street team, please reply and let us know. We're looking for people to
help with email sign-ups at the shows, as well as other behind-the-scenes promotional activities.
