As the organizer of the key Smart Cities event for South-East Europe, Via Expo did not miss the chance to visit European Utility Week (EUW16) in Barcelona for a second year in a row. The event is the annual
meeting point of the European energy calendar, bringing together all
significant market forces under one roof. Our mission was to promote the
Smart Cities exhibition for South-East Europe face-to-face to hundreds
of companies. We met with company leaders and business innovators in Grid
Optimization, Smart Metering, Smart Cities, Smart Homes, Energy
Services & Efficiency, Intelligent Buildings, Data Management,
Analytics and IoT, Renewables, Energy Storage, etc. |
| In this newsletter we present some views from EUW2016 to give an idea of
the scope and intensity of the event and the variety of showcased
technologies. Only this year it was attended by 12.000 international
visitors, 450 speakers and 600 exhibitors. This once again proves that
