FATHER'S DAY AT THE FITZ! - This Sunday, June 15th, is Father's Day and The Mighty Manatees will be playing a free, outdoor, all-ages, afternoon concert at The Fitzwater Station in Mont Clare, PA. GRAMPA CAVANAUGH! - And speaking of Grandads, our talented & tireless drummer Jim Cavanaugh just became a grandfather for the second time! Congratulations to Jim and the ever-growing Cavanaugh clan from the entire Mighty Manatees International Tribe. Welcome to the family, Baby Abby!
MANATEE FUN FACT: Did you know that the Mighty Manatees actually wrote a song called "Father's Day"? It's true! And we might actually play it this Sunday.
THE RETURN OF RANDY! - From 1991 to 2011 Randy Wagner played bass and sang with The Mighty Manatees. On Thursday, June 19, at the Rising Sun in Franconia, PA, Randy returns for a special night of music. Also appearing will be Tom Mussleman on percussion and special guests. Showtime is 9 - 1. Come on out and say Ahoy to Captain Randy.
ARDMORE MUSIC HALL - We recently played there for the Philadelphia Folk Song Society Benefit Concert.
