Matthew 28:18-20 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS

We are not only witnesses FOR Christ, we are witnesses WITH Him as well. For His promise to those He sends out with His gospel message is this: "Surely I am with you always." Wherever your walk as Christians may take you, you can be confident that you do not travel your path alone, but the Lord Jesus Himself remains at your side every step of the way.

Temptations to complain saying, "God doesn't care what is happening to me!" or "He doesn't know what I'm going through!" can be cast aside with this simple promise.

He does hear your prayer, for He is with you. He does see your needs and distresses, for He is with you. He is present with you not just as a memory, thought, or idea, but as a real person, able to strengthen and support you. He is risen from the dead, so now sing:

Alleluia! Not as orphans
Are we left in sorrow now;
Alleluia! He is near us;
Faith believes, nor questions how.
Though the cloud from sight received Him
When the forty days were o'er,
Never shall we lose His promise:
"I am with you evermore!"
