TSE All-Share
The
Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index edged up today for a second day of
gains, adding 0.25% to close at 79,073. The top two sectors of the day were
Ceramics & Tiles (+2.53%) and Transportation & Logistics (+1.85%),
while Sugar (-0.97%) was the weakest sector. The highest trading volume of
the day belonged to the Automotive sector (+1.33%), with IRR 359 billion
(approx. USD 9 million) of shares traded. Mobile Telecommunication Co. of
Iran (HMRZ +2.49%), Iran Khodro (IKCO +4.25%) and Mobin Petrochemical Co.
(MOBN +2.14%) made the most impact on the All-Share Index. The most traded
share of the day was Azarab Industries Co. (AZAB -0.21%) which posted
the highest volume with IRR 118 billion (approx. USD 3 million) worth of
trades. Total traded value of the market rose 70% from Saturday, reaching IRR
3,812 billion (approx. USD 97 million).
TSE30 Index
The TSE 30 index of the thirty
largest companies by market capitalization gained 0.34%, closing at 3,241.
The highest daily gain was recorded by Iran Khodro (IKCO +4.25%), while the
weakest in the top 30s was Chadormalu Mining & Industrial Co. (CHML -1.53%).
The total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 402 billion (approx.
USD 10 million), up 45% from the previous trading session.
